Garth Kevin Bonadie President
Garth, better known as Kevin, has a genuine interest in achieving better outcomes for our young people. With his leadership and administrative talent in both the secular and Christian community, Kevin has steadily guided this organization. Formally trained in the fields of business and administration both in the U.K. and U.S., his background includes serving as the past National Youth Director for PAWI, and holding a current leadership role for a multi-state teaching ministry. Kevin’s main area of expertise is in all things real estate. As a savvy business owner, he is a highly sought-after speaker in his field.
Sandra-Carol Gordon
An attorney by profession, serving also as a college administrator and business owner, Sandra-Carol draws on her legal and human resources management and training background to propel Wellspring forward. Never satisfied with just doing for self, Sandra-Carol is a strong believer that we are put on this earth to share what we know with others, so they too can achieve success and in turn impact those around them.
Jennifer Miller-Albert
Jennifer is a former K-12 educator and has a deep passion for developing young leaders for the next generation. She serves as the Senior Pastor for her church, where she leads with deep commitment to biblical teaching, prayer, and compassionate service. She is an entrepreneur and owns her real estate business that reflects her dedication to integrity and stewardship. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Hunter College and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado Technical University. With a heart for service, she is committed to advancing purpose-driven initiatives that foster growth, integrity, and lasting impact in the community.
Dr. Jazmin Gordon-Rose
Dr. Jazmin Gordon-Rose is an integrative psychotherapist and licensed social worker who has worked in clinical practice settings, residential treatment, juvenile detention facilities, school social work, child welfare, and grassroots/CBOs for over 10 years. She believes that we should instill confidence, provide access and opportunities, lead with empathy, and engage with intentionality. A multi-hyphenate, she is a high school Director for Student Support Services, a Forensic Social Worker, and owner of an expressive arts business. Trained in MST, DBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, and TF-CBT, her work with and conference presentations at educational institutions, community boards, and faith-based organizations have garnered multiple accolades. Dr. Gordon-Rose is committed to living a purpose-driven life, guided by The Word and her faith in Christ. Dr. Gordon-Rose obtained her doctoral degree from Simmons University. She is an alumnus of Fordham University (MSW) and Syracuse University (BS in Child and Family Services).
